QC Release Project

• Understanding the SAP transaction system.
• To ensure quality master data in SAP IRIS is accurate and comply with Alcon Batam quality system requirement.
• Familiar with record management and able to organize and preserve paper documents with many types of files.
• Maintain day to day activity on the product release role.
• Familiar involve in project management, strong communication and planning skill.
• Execute and ensure action plans to achieve agreed upon departmental and inter-departmental key performance indicator targets.
• Have a positive work ethics in assigning highest priority to customer satisfaction, action oriented, quality focus, mutual respect, trust and integrity, Practice and uphold Information Security policy and Code of Conducts.
• Providing leadership in respective and responsible for other HSE activities that are assigned by management.

• WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Experience candidates from the Medical device industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in SAP Quality management will be an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for report writings and speaking.
• Involve in continuous improvement and site projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 90001 will be an advantage.
• Experience as an auditee for internal and external audit will be an advantage.
• Understanding Excel proficiency involves knowing its various tools, formulas, and functions is preferable.
• The role is 3-years contract.
