• Do end-to-end recruitment process for store and corporate position, from junior until senior level.
• Create strategy for effective hiring process.
• Supervise recruitment administration and database.
• Analyze recruitment process and do action for improvement.
• Communicate with users for manpower request.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
• At least 4 years experience in Recruitment in Food & Beverages or Retail Industry.
• Experienced handle recruitment for store and corporate position.
• Have knowledge about HR Metrics.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Independent and Communicative.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Canva, Trello, etc.
• Good in English (both written and speaking).
