Kualifikasi :Responsibilities :
- Do end-to-end recruitment process for store and corporate position, from junior until senior level.
- Create strategy for effective hiring process.
- Supervise recruitment administration and database.
- Analyze recruitment process and do action for improvement.
- Communicate with users for manpower request.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
- At least 4 years experience in Recruitment in Food & Beverages or Retail Industry.
- Experienced handle recruitment for store and corporate position.
- Have knowledge about HR Metrics.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Independent and Communicative.
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Canva, Trello, etc.
- Good in English (both written and speaking).
