- Instill awareness and drive contacts across conversion phases through end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience (guided trial, follow up, assistance, purchase and other engagement activities) in all defined touch points in the consumer journey as well as explore further potential within the communities according to business strategy.
- Establish excellent contacts within assigned territory with the support of influencers to activate and increase the IQOS awareness and the number of conversions. Maximize consumer contacts through commercial activities and support national new launches and design/schedule territory promotional & engagement activities in order to achieve SoM objectives and targeted objectives.
- Ensure appropriate coverage of assigned territory and prepare and continuously optimize the journey plan according to the selected key locations and their categorization. Ensure effective and efficient usage of budgeted resources.
- Leverage on all available tools, trade program and effective and efficient deployment of commercial initiatives based on the available toolbox to ensure full scale deployment of all trade activities at Pos level.
- Contribute to developing and capturing practices for gathering market information. Ensure accurate and on time reporting on all activities and initiatives to provide management with up-to-date market data, including outcome analysis and performance evaluation
- Develop creative ideas to improve the activities and collaborate closely with IQOS Coach Supervisor to establish IQOS through various channels.
- Bachelor's degree for any major discipline, preferably Management or Communication.
- Have a personal network of high social/economic influences and high PR skils
- Be recognized as credible influencer

- Good Customer Service & Direct Selling Skill
- Good knowledge on customer satisfaction management, complaint management & recovery, total quality management & quality assurance with good Analytical Thinking, Negotiation & Time Management
