Our precious partner is seeking a HRIS Expert. If you're interested in joining a global HR organization, managing HR reporting metrics and providing critical support in program development, execution, analysis, and reporting, click here to apply!Main responsibilities:
  • Ownership of Talent Management system and other software platforms to support decision-making activities with reports
  • Analyze data, create reports, and submit information
  • Collaborate with different regions on various projects,
  • Follow up the latest HR technology trends (like ServiceNow, DocuSign, APIs, Analytics, and region-specific Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Control and up-date on process mapping of back-office HR procedures
  • Oversee or coordinate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or Master Data implementation efforts in collaboration with regional and global leaders.
Required skills:
  • Demonstrated history gathered in international environment as a senior Key User of SAP HR module (reporting&analytics) at least 5 years
  • Proficient in HRIS system(s) SAP Successfactor
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and reporting methodologies
  • Fluency in English
