- Support ERP users, register their daily problems
- Track and riport of change requests and incidents
- Support the release of new updates, monitor and develop further interfaces
- Support the project teams before/during the introduction of new processes
- Support high level planning, prepare specifications
- Configure and test new software versions, create documentations
- Analyze emerging problems, develop solutions in close cooperation with the development team
- Develop SQL/Linux/Windows scripts for business processes
- Be responsible for maintenance and monitoring of servers
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, industrial engineering, computer science or equivalent experience to substitute for degree
- Minimum 2-year IT experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience with Linux and Windows servers
- Practical knowledge of Oracle databases as well as SQL scripting
- Solution-oriented, structured way of thinking
- Fluent in English on a business level
- Independent, proactive, good problem solving and communication skills
