We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join the finance team of our partners in Cluj-Napoca.Established in 2007, our partner has undergone significant growth and is now recognized as one of the leading groups specializing in the trading of high-quality agricultural products in Romania.Ideal Candidate

Higher studies in economics, finance/accounting or similar;
Strong financial analysis, reporting and accounting skills;
At least upper intermediate level of English language;
Very good MS Office Excel working skills;
Self starter, result oriented;
Excellent financial data analysis and interpretation skills, attention to details;
Ability to effectively present financial concepts and results of analysis;
Team spirit, ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Participates in monthly closing activities (accruals calculation), prepares financial reports and variation analysis and offers relevant explanations;
Prepares financial analysis for management and various stakeholders;
Collaborates with other departments in order to assure integrity and coherence of financial data;
Actively takes part in the forecasting and planning processes.
