- Contribute to defining, and evolving the company´s sustainability strategy
- Oversee the company´s external reporting strategy, ensuring both the company and BGs are meeting any relevant requirements or obligations. This includes the delivery of annual Sustainability/ESG report(s) aligned to key current and emerging standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD (Taskforce on Climate related Financial Disclosures), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), ISSB…), and relevant content on orbia.com + sustainability microsite.
- Oversee the company´s ESG scores and response/feedback to external assessments by raters and rankers (S&P Global, Ecovadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE)
- Oversee annual non-financial data assurance process by independent party.
- Monitor trends related to sustainability, assess implications to the company & communicate to relevant stakeholders, ensuring any new obligations for business are covered in the company´s disclosures (e.g., EU (European Union) reporting requirements)
- Use double materiality assessment results to embed in risk processes. Ensure materiality assessment is kept up to date and in line with evolving standards, responsible for reviewing relevance yearly and following up on progress on material ESG topics, risks, and opportunities.
- Integrate planetary boundaries approach to measure operational impact and define future goals, shift the focus of measurement from outputs to outcomes and impact.
- Contribute to the development of a strategy to measure and track the impact of the company´s product and solution portfolio in alignment with recognized methodologies and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong knowledge and experience with sustainability reports aligned with GRI, SASB, TCFD.
- Solid technical sustainability/ESG skills
- Excellent project management abilities, as well as communications and culture building.
- Strong presentation skills, possessing the ability to interface with audiences of all levels throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Sustainability with an ability to provide guidance to leaders and employees.
- A strategic thinker, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop innovative solutions, simplify procedures, communicate, and build networks to move from ideation to activation.
- Relationship building at all levels, including with senior executives, C-Suite, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with a proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- A proactive, self-starter, able to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive, "can do" attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional, and multicultural teams and can navigate in a matrixed global organization.

- Comfortable working with technology and systems.
- Minimum - Bachelor's degree with sustainability credentials
- Desirable - Master's degree with sustainability related certifications
