Leasing and Asset Manager

• Create relations with customers, business partners and brokers in the scope of leasing of office and retail spaces,
• Strengthen Skanska's image through presenting our offer created with a unique marketing approach, focus on innovation, technical quality in mind and sustainable solutions,
• Lead negotiations and renegotiation of commercial terms with clients and business partners,
• Implement asset and event strategy and keep long-term relationships with clients,
• Coordinate property management tender and ensure proper services are in place during an operational phase of the project,
• Cooperate closely with the project management team on fit-out requirements,
• Create and maintain common standards in CEE region, share knowledge and best practices.

• have min 8 years of experience in related field,
• are fluent in both oral and written Czech and English
• have a university degree, preferably in real estate, sales, engineer, marketing, economy, law,
• have excellent negotiation & sales skills – are a great listener and have a business development mindset,
• have good knowledge about commercial real estate market in Czech/ Prague,
• are a team-player and have a great customer approach,
• have a positive & can-do attitude and strong organizational skill,
• are open to diversity and willing to work in multinational team.
