About the job：My client is one of the Global Leaders in Luxury Hospitality & Hotel. They are now looking for a Marketing & Communications Director / AVP to join their local team in Hong Kong.Responsibilities：
  • Develop strategic marketing & communications plan
  • Formulate and implement PR & Communications strategies and optimize brand visibility
  • Plan and manage PR, Advertising, Social Media to maximize publicity opportunities
  • Manage CRM loyalty progrom from recruitment, engagement and retaintion
  • Organize events
  • Initiate promotions and partnership programs
  • Partners with other brands to drive potential joint promotion and partnership
  • Oversee the marketing collateral development and production
  • Drive and manage crisis communications
  • Conduct market search and competitors analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • At least 15 years of experience in PR/Communications/Marketing in Hospitality
  • Team player with strong communication and relationship skills
  • Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
