PwC offers access to outstanding expertise, dynamic work environment and professional development.We offer:Competitive salary and cash bonuses for excellent performance.Exceptional opportunities for professional and personal development - numerous in-house and external trainings, free English classes.Career growth - ‘from intern to partner’ opportunity.Strong, enthusiastic and friendly team.Interesting and challenging tasks.Health insurance, corporate psychologist and clubs of interests (football, volleyball, movies, etc.).Responsibilities:As a Senior Lawyer/ Manager, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:Management (coordination and supervision) of dispute resolution services, including tax and commercial litigation.Participation in targeting and marketing events and activities.Preparation of the proposals, participation in their discussion, reporting to the clients.Advising on litigation matters (preparation of the memorandum in Ukrainian and English).Project management in order to meet internal and external deadlines, client’s expectations and PwC quality standards.Collaboration with junior colleagues, review of the deliverables prepared by them, development of their technical skills, support their growth and development.Promotion of new ideas and services by applying knowledge of the industry/sector and societal trends to create value for clients, PwC and broader stakeholders.Requirements:University degree in law.7+ years of professional experience in international or reputable Ukrainian law firm / consultancy (Litigation work). Work experience with Big 4 is a plus.Tax litigation/ consulting experience.Advocacy qualification.Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Ukrainian – native/fluent, English – upper-intermediate/advanced (both oral and written).Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Good communication and presentation skills.
