Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + OT
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide daily quotes.
Handle sales-related tasks like checking product availability and planning delivery times.
Create sales documents such as quotes, orders, and delivery slips.
Communicate with customers and suppliers about jobs before and after completion.
Work with team to achieve the sales department's goals.
Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers for all issues.
Perform other related tasks as needed.
Support sales team with their day-to-day work and any admin tasks.

GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
