- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and establishing a relationship with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of families seeking childcare services in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as parents through effective communication and personalized interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and outreach strategies to effectively showcase our services.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with their childcare needs and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication with clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the childcare industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and childcare providers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
