E-Commerce B2B Operation Specialist

- Continuous optimization of the OOH eBoutiques' operations to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Delivery in time and quality of the entire eCommerce projects' portfolio, from new features and services deployment to global and local campaigns definition and planning, and does so by managing the project execution in collaboration with the B2B Teams but as well by establishing / ensuring efficient ways of working with all the different market's functions and channels.
- Build relevant and consistent best in class customer journeys / user experiences across all online touchpoints, in alignment with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Insights and according the defined Campaigns plans and Commercial initiatives.
- Definition of both user experience and eMerchandising A/B test hypotesis and scenarios (by analyzing customer satisfaction surveys combined with Web Analytics and CRM Insights data) to improve the eCommerce channel new member acquisition & sales performance and the customer satisfaction scores.
- Setup, testing and activation of new and seasonal products and content on the website and partners website.
- Ensuring all online journey of B2B channels deliver the best-in-class user experience to existing and prospect members
- Drive the execution of campaign operations, providing project support to all relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to globally defined guidelines & optimization of the digital customer experience.
- Responsible of B2B SOHO KPIs such as sales, new member, frequency, average basket, conversion rate so on.
- Managing online-eRetailer partners of SOHO business from end to end.
- Close guidance of reports and external parties
- Define yearly sales budget in cooperation with the E-Commerce Operation Manager
- Proposition and follow up of eRetailers specific actions / promotions / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targets
- Working closely as a team member of E-Commerce and B2B Team with all stakeholders
- University degree
- +3 years' experience in B2B online environment (DTC eCommerce or eRetailers (B2B-SOHO)
- Knowledge in B2B online business and partner management (account management)
- Webmastering / eCommerce platforms management (including mobile with multiple CMS platforms) is a plus
- Understanding of Google Analytics is a must
- At ease with IT Technologies & architecture
- Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites
- Previous CRM experience is a plus
- Broad commercial experience
- Proven track record in delivering end to end user experiences in a digital context
- Project oriented and Innovation minded
- English fluent is a must
