As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our success by researching industries, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and securing meetings with senior executives to create new business opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact our business growth and enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts. - Familiarize yourself with UpSlide's solutions and engage in comprehensive onboarding
- Take ownership of outbound campaigns (cold-calling, cold-emailing, LinkedIn InMails, connection requests), showcasing creativity to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle client interactions, contribute to lead conversion, and lead meetings with senior executives
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Define and implement intelligent outbound campaigns - email, phone, events, and more
- Secure initial meetings with senior executives and create new business opportunities
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Look for opportunities to innovate and optimize lead generation
- Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to strategize on key targets
- Implement a multi-prong approach to targeting accounts, including emails/phone calls/LinkedIn
- Stay up-to-date on key events and trends in the financial services space
- Identify and expand on synergies between Marketing and other global Sales teams to maximize success rates
- Minimum Master 2 or equivalent from a university or business school
- An entrepreneurial and determined spirit while being a goal-driven team player
- An intelligent, analytical, and curious mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French

- At least a B2 level in English. UpSlide is an international company with 5 offices worldwide. A lot of internal and client meetings require a good level of English.
- You have experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing
- You have familiarity with financial and professional services
- A 30' phone interview with Misbah, Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Work task to prepare at home to evaluate your written/prospection skills
- A 45' interview with your future Manager, Margaux. This interview includes a 10-minute live task.
- A 45' interview with Laurie, our Head of Sales. This call will include a role-play.
- Final interview with Rob [30'], our CRO
