- Develop and execute strategic plans to hit sales targets
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Provide client support and ensure satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Experience in hunting Sales role
- Demonstrable records & having originated closed deals
- Strong communication within various stakeholders
- Able to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, critical analytical thinking, negotiation, business acumen and presentation skills
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Has knowledge/experience in selling these products: Digital Signature, Public Key Infrastructure, e-KYC Products
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience and ideally has background working with in a System Integrator
- High performer who has strong ability to influence decision maker and can close deals in <1 year
- Promising career progression within the Group
