- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma for both an extensive analytics tool and for certain marketing needs (website updates, conferences etc.)
- Work closely with the Frontend and Product Team during product development of features
- Create mockups/design suggestion based on a communicated product goals
- Create prototypes for communicating ideas (Internally & externally)
- Perform user experience research
- Extend and maintain our Figma design resources in terms of components, versions and the design system
- Develop both UI designs and (in some cases) product specifications
- Become knowledgeable regarding customer needs (game developers) and deliver UI/UX to help address these optimally
- Intuitive understanding of design aesthetics to deliver visuals of professional quality
- Portfolio demonstrating professional UX and UI design ability - preferably related to data visualisation and multifaceted UI options/settings.
- Education within User Experience Design, Interaction Design or Product Design.
- Previous experience working in a product or design role
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Pragmatic: Comfortable discussing UI and UX ideas within a team to share opinions, but also handle differences with compromise (“disagree and commit”)
- Structured: Planning proactively and prioritising work to deliver items needed by other teams
- Team player: Thoroughly enjoy working with other people irrespective of whether they are internal or external stakeholders to build mutual respect and trust.
- Staying up to date with industry trends
- Previous experience with designing/building a larger Saas web-application
- Understanding of common web concepts like HTML / CSS / JSON or Frontend development like React
- Experience from the Game Industry (an understanding of what game developers need)
- Experience with working within a start-up having to work on many different aspects
- Previous in-depth experience with visualising metrics (charts and graphs)
