- Be the executive leader representing a major growth area for HelloFresh and its subsidiaries.
- Be responsible for end-to-end performance of the HelloFresh Business Development division, with key objectives including acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
- Continue to build our Sales organization, across Talent attraction and retention as well as building and sustaining a high performance culture
- Lead discussions and negotiations with executive leaders of large corporations across industries.
- Identify and pursue strategic corporate partnerships that drive mutual value and revenue opportunities.
- Formulate and execute creative, data-driven strategies to acquire and nurture high-value partners across various channels.
- Collaborate on process optimization and implement best practices to enhance partner onboarding, management, and retention.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership programs and direct sales channels.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and solution-driven thinking within the team.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- 12+ years of experience in partnership/sales development, channel management, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partner ecosystems.
- 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing or other performance driven partnerships.
- Strong and proven leadership skills, ideally having overseen a team of
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a talent for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Rolodex of high value contacts and strong relationships to hit the ground running
- Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust
- A highly data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formation - i.e., comfortable with modeling goals in spreadsheets
- Experience devising and implementing different customer and employee incentive structures to optimize performance
- Highly customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- High school diploma or GED and Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role required.
