- B.S. Degree in Engineering/Management/Economics or relevant field,
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the HVAC Industry,
- Excellent work ethic,
- Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English,
- Good command of MS Office software,
- Strong communication skills, Competent in teamwork,
- Valid driving license and active driver,
- Able to travel abroad,
- Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures.
- Develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the area manager to achieve the regional sales target,
- Maintain regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,
- Service existing accounts, prepares offers and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the sales support team,
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses,
- Focused on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,
- Follow up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company's and the customer's accounts,
- Analyze business models and demands of customers, conducting the necessary activities for fulfillment of those demands and ensuring coordination,
- Provide in-house co-ordination to determine product needs of the market and follow up the processes to make sure the availability and sales in the market.
