As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
Ability to multi task at all times
Outstanding attention to detail
