- Join our London team, participating in the growth of the EMEA & APJ region.
- Proactively Source Diverse Talent: Scour a wide range of channels (LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals, outbound companies) to identify both active and passive GTM talents.
- Build Strong Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop a rich network of engaged potential candidates for future GTM openings.
- Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers: Partner to deeply understand specific role requirements and shape effective sourcing strategies.
- Represent the SonarSource Brand: Communicate our mission and values with a passion to potential candidates.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sourcing for GTM roles within the technology sector is required. Knowledge of the EMEA market is a must, APJ is a strong plus.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Experience with talent sourcing tools (e.g., Gem, Seekout, AmazingHiring) is a plus.
- A data-driven approach to tracking sourcing metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A knack for building relationships and quickly establishing rapport.
- A tenacious, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
