假日酒店尋找真實自然、腳踏實地、說到做到的員工加入我們的團隊,做始終真實的自己。Reporting to Director of Sales and Marketing, the incumbent will spearhead the sales teams with a full spectrum of room sales functions, including but not limited to sales planning and forecast, driving revenue, and coaching team performance, etc.Key Accountabilities
- Prepare the sales budget and forecast with revenue driving strategies
- Manage different sales channels, such as GDS, corporate and wholesale accounts, OTA, MICE, etc
- Build strong partnership with key accounts and develop new sales channels or networks
- Keep abreast of global and domestic market sales trends so as to finetune the existing strategies
- Collaborate with revenue team for pricing strategies
- Champion various sales campaigns to achieve aggressive business targets
- Provide coaching to the team to enhance their professional expertise, salesmanship with growth mindset
- Review and finetune the existing sales reporting to draw key business insights with sustainable efforts
- Diploma or degree holder with majoring in business, revenue management, hospitality or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of experience with track record in leading a winning sales team in hospitality
- Strong situational leadership skill with can-do working attitude
- Be an influential communicator and a proficient negotiator
- Excellent command in both written and oral English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Well versed with the MS Office as well as relevant sales systems
