- Taking ownership on the full recruitment cycle for the assigned departments (including drafting and posting the job description, screening applications and identifying potential candidates, organizing interviews and managing the entire communication with the candidates) ;
- Maintaining and developing relationships/partnerships with schools, recruitment agencies and participating in job fairs ;
- Participating in the onboarding and off boarding processes and ensuring the coordination with the other functions involved ;
- Being the direct contact person for our employees and assisting them on HR related matters ;
- Ensuring treatment of all incoming queries and consequently ensure accurate administration of employee files on our HRIS system (MPLEO) ;
- Being responsible for the accurate writing of employment offers, contracts and amendments ;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing new ideas ;
- Supporting the implementation of the HR policy within the institution ;
- Participating in the development and implementation of a performance management review ;
- Identifying the needs in learning & development of the employees within the assigned department but also at the institution level and supporting the development of a plan ;
- Handling performance management and learning & development opportunities reviews ;
- Maintaining regulatory compliance with legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees ;
- Conducting regular meetings with your respective departments, providing HR guidance and recommendations when appropriate ;
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives.

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or an equivalent education ;
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources in several of the above-mentioned activities ;
- You are a dynamic hands-on team player with excellent communication and presentation skills ;
- You are well organized, flexible and able to cope with a various number of different tasks in a dynamic organization ;
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills along with strong written abilities ;
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations analytical skills with an attention for detail ;
- Knowledge of the legislation for public employees will be considered an asset ;
- Proficiency in the use of common computer tools ;
- Any knowledge or experience on the HRIS “MPLEO” is considered as a strong asset ;
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory (oral and written), German and Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset.
