Supervising and overseeing funds’ activities
Collaborating closely with clients to deliver personalized services
Supporting portfolio managers in trade execution
Conducting pre- and post-trade checks to inform investment decisions
Assisting in the preparation of various investment reports
Maintaining up-to-date files and ensuring data accuracy
Reconciling funds’ portfolio positions and NAV reports with third-party sources
Communicating with fund administrators and depositories as necessary
Contributing to annual audit processes
Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements for funds
Handling other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Board of Directors

Skills/Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is essential. A degree in accounting, finance, economics or business management is an advantage.
Previous experience in financial services is an advantage.
