  • Supervising and overseeing funds’ activities
  • Collaborating closely with clients to deliver personalized services
  • Supporting portfolio managers in trade execution
  • Conducting pre- and post-trade checks to inform investment decisions
  • Assisting in the preparation of various investment reports
  • Maintaining up-to-date files and ensuring data accuracy
  • Reconciling funds’ portfolio positions and NAV reports with third-party sources
  • Communicating with fund administrators and depositories as necessary
  • Contributing to annual audit processes
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements for funds
  • Handling other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
Skills/Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is essential. A degree in accounting, finance, economics or business management is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in financial services is an advantage.
