- Arrange, facilitate and monitor shipments for both import and export.
- In charge of computation of duties and taxes
- Shall prepare and process PEZA forms (8106, 8105) for farm-in and farm-out of goods
- Close coordination with suppliers for all the required documents.
- Close coordination and monitoring of the release of imported goods.
- Prepare and submit brokers and suppliers billing to Accounting Dept.
- Facilitate and manage compliance of all PEZA and BOC shipment and movement related matters
- Source and acquire potential suppliers and brokers
- Canvass best quotation and price from suppliers.
- Preparation and supervision of Purchase Orders
- Coordination of deliveries from supplier to Warehouse Department
