We are looking for a BDM whose familiar network, security solution with power backup knowledge or similar product background and experience. You will be working closely with the sales team, business development team and vendors.Responsibilities
- To manage a portfolio of products involving marketing and sales.
- To generate demand programs actively to increase reorder frequency
- To be able to articulate information to resellers through effective presentation in road show, POC and demonstration
- To recruit and expand resellers based actively through effective recruitment program
- To initiate market visit and have strong engagement with vendors and resellers for all aspect of business opportunity
- To develop key reseller for value products, build channel capacity via sales engagement and training.
- To cover channel depth and manage key reseller performance.
- Responsible on demand generation and building new sales opportunity, build project pipeline follow through and close project funnel.
- To be able to translate strategy into marketing and business action plan
- Independent enough to drive business plan and growth
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- 2-4 years’ experience managing IT product portfolio will be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge/ passion in IT industry/ products/ solutions preferred
- Senior position is available based on experience
- Passion to work in the technology industry
- Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player and customer oriented
- Demonstrated initiative to work independently and with teams interchangeably.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales target.
