Leveraging AI and new technologies, we continuously enhance our capabilities to stay ahead in industry progress.Responsibilities:As the Payroll Manager (m/f), you will play a pivotal role in building and leading our new team of Payroll Specialists. Your responsibilities will include:Establishing the payroll team from the ground up.Designing and implementing efficient processes and procedures for payroll services, ensuring accuracy and compliance for external clients.Developing comprehensive payroll policies, practices, and controls, while monitoring compliance with country regulations to meet tax obligations.Acting as an external consultant, providing expert guidance and support on payroll matters to clients, particularly those from German-speaking countries.Engaging in projects with external clients, collaborating closely with other consultants and experts within the company, both locally and internationally.Maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.Requirements:We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:5+ years of experience in internal or external payroll roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and problem-solving proactively.Fluent in English (C1 level) and German (C1 level), with excellent communication skills.Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.A positive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards shared goals.Experience with leading and building a new team is advantageous.Experience working with clients from German-speaking countries is advantageous.If you are an experienced payroll professional with a vision for innovation and a desire to lead and build something new within a thriving consulting company, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
