We connect customers and consumers to our iconic products and create innovative experiences that bring people together to celebrate life!Purpose of de Role :Partnership with the commercial team for improve, ordering, delivery and store replenishment in customer's work processes in order to improve on-shelf availability, DOH and SO.Understand customer core work processes and develops programs or solutions to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction.Leverage with both internal and external areas to accomplish goalsAn active intervention in any scenario at all levels in the companyDrive collaborative planning with customers as input into the sales forecastMonitors and measures internal and external indicators to effectively manage costs, service excellence and sales growth.Support the customer’s replenishment projects to ensure right levels of inventory, fill rate, in stockMain Activities:Fulfill of Customer service and stock policies.Efficient response to customer needs and tailor-made commercial plans and serviceContinuous improvement in cost reductionEffective processes, that guarantees governance and control of the operation, always working under compliance environment.Forecasting process for 3 to 18 months for JBP, S&OP or peak season planification process.Top Accountabilities:Out of stock reduction: Forecasting and replenishment with customer to drive sales growth (OSA)Inventory optimization: Identify Risks and OpportunitiesProvides JBP statistical base driven by brand geographical segmentation and store formats performanceProactively reporting with commercial teams either to revert negative SO trends or maintain good performance in SO.Responsible for SFA within S&OP monthly meetingCost to serve Reduction based on SO analysis EOQ, Order entry frequency modifications, safety stocks modifications according market demand and relevant events.Participates in weekly and monthly internal meetings with commercial marketing and execution teams to determine action plans to improve market share and minimum assortment /OSA.Leadership Responsibilities :Build great relationships with those you work with, both internally and externally.
