lead business analyst - erp/finance module (50k - 60k + db)

• Work as the function lead and participate in the analysis of business requirements to translate them into system specifications and documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders from both the IT team and accounting & finance teams to understand their needs
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
• Work closely with the project management team and be involved in the end-to-end system implementation and integration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends/best practices and identify opportunities for optimization
• Plan, manage, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for project delivery and implementation

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management in the technology/digital transformation field with a strong focus on any popular ERP system and finance system/modules implementations such as Oracle Netsuite/Fusion (preferable), SAP FICO or Microsoft Dynamic AX
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in lead or managerial roles to support regional/APAC projects is preferable
• Sound knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures
• Solid experience in gathering user requirements, including elicitation, analysis, validation, and formalization of requirements to create specification documentation
• Strong communication skills and a business mindset, capable of managing relationships with stakeholders and effectively translating technical ideas
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit
