As the Global Sales Manager, you'll spearhead efforts to expand and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Design Manufactures in HVAC, Refrigeration, and IoT sectors. Your strategic focus will involve developing sales globally, nurturing existing OEM relationships, and fostering key strategic partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with OEMs as end-users, establishing technology alliances and driving customer loyalty. Reporting to the Director of OEM Sales, you'll support the achievement of sales quotas, identify opportunities for product enhancement, and serve as a liaison between OEM clients and internal teams.What will you do?
- Support the OEM sales organization and Regional Sales Managers.
- Drive adoption of newly introduced products among OEM customers.
- Manage sales effectiveness systems and tools, ensuring accurate lead tracking.
- Prioritize coverage of top OEM accounts and create solicitation plans.
- Utilize Professional Services and coordinate pre-sales processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop impactful collateral and presentations.
- Provide coaching and professional development to sales teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned OEM accounts.
- Assess customer needs, identify product enhancement opportunities, and create case studies of customer success stories.
- University or College degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support Services.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and/or Lighting Automation Systems.
- Familiarity with BACnet communication, IT protocols, and control system design.
- Proficiency in IT technologies such as HTML, OPC, SNMP, SOAP, and network management is an asset.
- Experience in pricing, estimating, and quoting BAS systems is preferred.
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver's license required; willingness to travel internationally.
