Account Executive

• Generate monthly financial reports for projects.
• Coordinate with project executives or designated personnel for progress claims, invoices, payments, and other related matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including those for subcontractors, suppliers, site/staff claims, and office utilities, to prevent project disruptions.
• Issue necessary accounting documents such as requisition forms, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring compliance with procedures and approvals from relevant management.
• Monitor and update general project expenses.
• Accurately input data into accounting systems and maintain their integrity.
• Provide administrative support to site operations as needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Hold a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in the property development and construction industry.
• Proficiency with accounting software and systems such as AutoCount and IFCA.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
