As the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for leading the FP&A strategies along with directors from sales, marketing and product areas as well as reporting financial strategies to global executives.Main responsabilities:
Lead the development of the annual operating budget and long-term financial plans;
Reporting and presenting to global leaders the status and other information regarding Brazil's strategies.
Coordinate with department heads to gather input and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes;
Analyze historical financial data and industry trends to formulate accurate revenue, expenses and other relevant financial datas;
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to measure financial performance against strategic objectives.For this role, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees is a plus;
Proven experience (3-4 years) in financial planning and analysis in pharmaceutical industry;
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis;
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP);
Strategic thinker with a track record of translating financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
