- Experience as Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for a luxury hotel within a well-recognized high-end hotel group.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department, in line with the overall goals and objectives of the Group defined with the General Manager & the Hotel Manager
- Create and maintain a culture of excellence in service and guest satisfaction
- Manage all food and beverage outlets, ensuring quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings, presentation, and service
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of all food and beverage staff
- Monitor and control departmental expenses, including labor and food costs, to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and high-quality menus
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and increase F&b revenue, as well as banquet and catering business
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and closely follow up on existing contracts
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon the food and beverage offerings and services to meet the changing needs and expectations of guests
- Act as a liaison between the food and beverage department and other departments, including finance, front office, housekeeping, maintenance and all departments within the hotel.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel in key city for a luxury hotel group
- Strong experience in F&B
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including fine dining
- Experience in managing budgets (P&L, budget, forecasts) and controlling food & beverage costs
- Fluent in Frencg & English: a must
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be eligible to work in France
