This means using cutting edge technology to create highly scalable, customisable and secure products and components that free up development time and leverage our access to global data.What you’ll do ​& Who you areWe are looking for an experienced Global Collections Manager to join our Global Finance team, based in our Paris office. As the Global Collections Manager, you will manage Collection Teams across 3 Adevinta Markets: France, Spain and Italy.This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in the office), reporting directly to the Global Head of OTC.What you'll do:Manage the end-to-end collections process for our brand across EU5 Markets including a team of est. 40 colleaguesLead the collections team in the development and provision of a high quality transactional operationDeliver all services within allocated budget and resource allocationReview all agreed KPI's and assess and challenge all mitigation plans/actions proposed by the order to cash team where performance falls below agreed standardsReview customer requirements and the expected levels of service required for successful operationsAssess and approve plans of action which can work towards the successful outcomes and great customer relationshipsReview customer-focused collections processes, developed by the order to cash team for the organisationBe the point of escalation during team meetings – reviewing process improvements by incorporating automation and new technology advancementsReview weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) and update partners and executive managementWho you are:Fluent French and English is necessary . Additional EU languages is beneficial(Spanish, Italian, German).Finance experience across accounts receivable/ order to cashACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualified accountant3+ years of experience working with a large, global finance team or professional services firmStrategy-led insights, continuous improvement and change management experience in a finance and technology environmentKnowledge of full order to cash processWorking knowledge of SAP S4 capabilitiesOperations background in a process driven role with exposure to centralised finance processesTransformation / process improvement experienceSpecific industry knowledge in technology & online business retailExperience in influencing strategic decisions & driving improvements to performanceCommunicator with the ability to challenge & collaborateManagement experience with the ability to communicate with multiple partners.BenefitsLife at Adevinta comes with its perks!
