Delivery Experience Specialist

- Take an active role on the setup for shipping (end-to-end ) when onboarding new fulfillers.
- Proficiently utilize cross-functional tools to manage out-of-stock requests, update delivery options on the website, and implement shipping price changes.
- Work on the implementation of new delivery options on the website (next day, pickup points, others).
- Participate and engage with various stakeholders including carriers, manufacturers, and fulfillers managers to enhance customer experience by increasing on-time delivery and improve overall delivery (packaing experience).
- Proactively identify and resolve checkout issues related to delivery arising from product or fulfiller configuration errors.
- Engage in collaborative knowledge sharing to foster team growth and expand market expertise.
- Is autonomous - Is curious and has demonstrated interest in constantly learning to be able to operate autonomously.
- Is logical and data oriented - has experience operating with various integrated web-services and large sets of data.
- Is active and creative - has an attitude of continuously thinking of opportunities to improve our ways of working.
- Is into the details - Has a strong attention to details.
- 1+ year of experience in product, technology or merchandising operations involving data entry on web-based tools.
- Experience working in an agile project management environment is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Strong logical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
