- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas, including clearing debris and arranging seating.
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Hold a valid full Australian driver’s licence.
