- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Handling customer complaints with empathy and patience, aiming to resolve issues and retain customer loyalty
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meeting individual and team performance targets and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills and mindset
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using customer service software and applications
