We will count on you to:

Find a balance between working autonomously and within the team to ensure success
Understand regression scenarios and translate them to performance test scripts
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Respond quickly in a rapidly changing business environment
Research and participate in training and stay current on related issues and technologies

What you need to have:

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Performance tester on Micro Focus Load Runner Enterprise (LRE) tool
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Have experience in Load testing of an Enterprise level application like Oracle E-Business Suite
Have been responsible for Designing and development of performance test plans and test cases based on project requirements
Have been responsible for executing performance tests and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks
Have been collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle
Have been responsible for providing regular status updates on performance testing progress and results
