- Collaborate closely with diverse HR teams to guarantee adherence to international HR practices, tools, and protocols.
- Support the management team in administrative oversight and the preparation of initiatives involving employee representative bodies. This involves creating management charts, compiling social reports, formulating collective agreements, and more.
- Enhance processes related to international mobility in conjunction with internal career progression. This encompasses reviewing international mobility protocols, ensuring compliance with country-specific obligations, and more.
- Take charge of providing administrative backing for all HR projects while offering expertise in legal and labor relations. Contribute specialized knowledge to assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records in coordination with the People Operations Team, including the creation of monitoring dashboards.
- Supervise the operational aspects of employees' management, encompassing mandatory medical assessments, auditing variable components of payroll, and revising and drafting employment contracts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal proficiency.
