Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Commercial Finance. The Manager Commercial Finance within Order to Cash process teams in Leap, is charged with the task of defining, designing, and building comprehensive processes around Billing, Condition Contract/Settlement, O2C Finance Operations, and Dispute Management within the ERP system. This role ensures these processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with both financial standards and customer service excellence. The Manager Commercial finance will also ensure transversal coordination between O2C and R2D (Record to Decide) liaising with the BPO Commercial FinanceYour key missions:Billing Process Design: Support building an optimized billing process within the ERP system, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing practices that meet both company and customer needs.Condition Contract and Settlement: Contribute to the process design for condition contracts and settlements, ensuring that contractual agreements are accurately reflected in financial operations and reconciliations within the ERP system.O2C Finance Operations: Oversee the end-to-end design of the O2C finance operations within the ERP, ensuring seamless integration of order processing, credit management, revenue recognition, and cash collection processes.Dispute Management Process: Support on designing a robust dispute management process within the ERP system, enabling efficient resolution of billing and contract disputes, maintaining customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.ERP System Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with Tech and ERP tech teams to configure and the ERP system to support newly designed finance and accounting processes, ensuring system capabilities fully meet process requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and Tech departments to align finance operations with broader business processes, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer account management.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!Master's degree in engineering or business schoolRequired 5/10 years minimum of experienceExperience in commercial, finance &/or revenue growth managementExperience in consumer goods industryAccounting operation processes knowledgeKnowledge of accounts receivables and customer accountingSAP Savy is a nice to haveEnglish is mandatory, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatoryWait, there’s more…We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing & conviviality culture, the possibility to work from home (2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events…Pernod Ricard is committed to diversity and inclusion: we are a disability-friendly company, one of France's Top 10 companies for gender equality, and we work with associations to promote social inclusion.
