- Participation in building and monitoring the training plan.
- Participation in onboarding interviews for new employees.
- Participate in internal mobility interviews and conduct independent interviews at the end of the work-study program for certain positions.
- Involvement in coordinating the trainee and apprentice network.
- Participation in the company's talent identification campaign.
- Support for preparation of monthly Social and Economic Committee meetings and committees monitoring current agreements.
- Preparation of answers to monthly questions from employee representatives.
- Keeping the BDESE (economic, social and environmental database) up to date.
- You have completed 4/5 years of higher education and are in the final year of a Master's program specializing in Human Resources and/or Business School/Grandes Ecoles.
- You are at ease with English and MS Office tools.
- You are organized, responsive and have good analytical and thinking skills.
- You enjoy working in a team, are curious and open to your environment.
- You have a strong sense of confidentiality.
