You will lead and execute Ports Australia’s marketing and communications function to strengthen the brand and promote the value proposition. You will develop the marketing and communication strategy and implement various campaigns including, event marketing, digital and social marketing, content development and media releases.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Champion the Ports Australia brand identity, ensuring consistent representation among members and government authorities.
- Develop and execute the Marketing and Communications Strategy.
- Execute campaigns and brand collateral across multiple channels eg. website, EDMs, social media, publications
- Promote events, member services and advocacy initiatives.
- Manage media inquiries and relationships with key stakeholders i.e. media, government entities, sponsors, journalists.
- Manage marketing reporting and analytics.
- Lead communications projects, oversee the budget and conduct administrative duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing and communications functions.
- Highly strategic and competent across digital platforms.
- Personable with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- A can-do attitude, adaptable and proactive.
- Highly collaborative team player with a small business mentality.
