- Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing and a seamless customer experience online.
- Develops customer understanding trough customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase
- Drive growth, develop, propose and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors.
- Ensures that all established target are met on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis.
- Analyze and manage the CRM & loyalty programs
- Works closely with Brand Managers to define the brand priorities and action plans
- Ensures that the brand online journey is consistent with overall brand standards and strategies
- Ensure user experience of the website including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance, checkout funnel.
- Activates the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPI's (sessions, conversion rate, returning visitors, profit optimization)
- 1P data management
- Manages and challenges the performance of media agency
- Provide SEO/SEA and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements together with agencies (media, SEO).
- Ensures the respect of the allocated budget and propose its optimization
- Drives collaboration with all stakeholders, at local and zone level including technology teams and ensures continuous improvement and upgrade of the online shops;
- Monitor the online local market & competition activities
- Stay up to date with main online channels (Meta, Google, TikTok and others) awareness and performance solutions/products.
- Ensure that delivery and return process are effective working closely with consumer care teams;
- Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activations
- Manage 3rd party contracts related to E-D2C
- Minimum 3 years experience in a D2C online business
- Project Management & CRM experience
- Very good knowledge of digital media
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good communication skills to inspire collaboration
- Able to work with many stakeholders
