- Monitor supplier and service provider performance, support audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee overall supply chain performance, optimizing quality, cost, and delivery.
- Lead the Make or Buy and supplier/source selection process.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and claims, especially for strategic suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers.
- Identify and evaluate future sourcing needs, develop vendors, and ensure compliance with company strategy and policies.
- Ensure supply chain and procurement activities comply with company policies and governance.
- Establish and lead a robust purchase-to-payment process.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives/projects.
- Monitor spending, budget compliance, and market conditions.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum diploma in a relevant field with logistics/manufacturing background.
