*This role Location: Mexico, Spanish South America(SSA), Central America –excluding Costa Rica.Role Purpose:

Deploy standards, processes, initiatives and guidelines to drive DGFF’s Compliance Management System and Data Protection Program in the Americas.
Support CCRs and monitor implementation of Compliance Program in the Americas.
Drive relevant KPIs as part of DHL’s ESG agenda.
Support Regional Compliance Officer with the implementation of Compliance and Data Protection Program in HillebrandGori in the Americas.
Could act as Country Compliance Representative (“CCR”).
Preferred Location: Mexico, Spanish South America(SSA), Central America –excluding Costa Rica.

Skills:

Fluent oral and written English and Spanish.
Ability to train employees in English and Spanish.
Initiative, pro-activeness and sense of responsibility.
Diligent and detailed work ethics.
Relevant experience in compliance, project, communication, BPO, internal control or legal (5 years).
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Communication, Law or equivalent.
