Our ClientOur Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.
Your New RoleAs an HR People Operations you will be responsible for:

Deliver 1st level of support regarding People Portal, by answering to cases from employees and managers;
Document routines and processes;
Quality assurance and analysis;
Perform back-office tasks;
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What you will need to be succeedTo be succeed in this role, you will need:

Background in HR areas;
Proficiency working with HR systems, such as SAP (payroll), Workday and Service Now (People Portal);
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work in a fast environment and to handle with confidential information;
Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.
