NR REF.: 1185139Requirements:• To ensure that all methods of communication with internal and external contacts are handled with the utmost professionalism• To ensure that all customer orders received are entered correctly into the system• To provide help and advice to customers regarding their orders• Communication with customers by telephone, email and Service Cloud• To be responsible for the daily management of Service Cloud Case• To run end of day check reports on IFS• To ensure that the agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained• To improve back order management and up-dates to customers by monitoring and chasing• To register customer complaints into the system• To communicate closely with field sales personnel• To learn about the company products and services and keep up-to-date with changes
What we expect:
- Can do attitude• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.• Languages: Spanish (B2/C1), English (B2), Polish• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Excel basic and Word required.• Organised and able to perform under pressure.• An interest in Chemistry or Science would be a distinct advantage.
