- Tangible improvement to execution process of transactions as measured by number of process improvements, turnaround time. * Ensure high quality credit assessment (validation, verification, documentation and valuation) across products of PL and Cards.- Quality process on PL and Cards application as assigned.

- Participate bank activities in DR Rehearsal.Job Requirement
- Knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume customer service and complex operational area.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and performance target focus.
- At least 1 years experience.
