Requirements:A Production / Operations Management degree / diploma with a minimum 10 years of experience working in CNC Machining operationsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial roleMust have experience setting up and running CNC Milling centresA strong background in CNC Programming and troubleshooting for 3-5 axis CNC and Robot Machining CentresRequires knowledge on fixturing concepts for CNC milling & conventional machining processesKnowledge of selecting the right tools for the machining operations based on the component material, hardness & drawing tolerancesWorking understanding of GD&T concept and CAD/CAM softwareWorking knowledge in manual CNC programming and 2D and 3D program generationVery strong people management skills, and the ability to communicate across departmental boundariesStrong Leadership abilities; Ability to guide a team to the common goal; Proactive; Goal orientatedRequires knowledge in cost estimation for the manufacturing process.
