- Perform data entry tasks for the implementation of the e-Invoicing system, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices to the Inland Revenue Board
- Assist in data entry for staff members who are on maternity leave, ensuring continuity of workflow and meeting deadlines
- Support other teams with data entry tasks as needed, including administrative departments or ad hoc project
- Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and quality standards
- Handle departmental administrative work related to data entry process
- Prepare reports or presentation materials as required by senior management or stakeholders regarding data entry process
- Diploma in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related fields background
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
