- Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
- Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
- Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
- Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects
- Min. 3 years of professional experience preferably within HR area
- Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable
- PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
- Very good English, French or Dutch
- Accurate working style
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Stress resistant
